Highflow cats vs No cats

One more question, I was wondering what is better highflow cats or no cats and why.

No cats if you don't have emissions. It's usually cheaper.

Pretty obvious, no cat, no restricted exhaust flow. Won't pass emissions if you have it. High flow, a lil more restricting but will pass emissions. The exhaust will also be louder w/o the cats on it.

Tests have shown they yeild about the same performance. Go with what your state and/or budget allows. I personally think no cats is overrated, i want to put some on my car
