Yeah, speedo cable replacement is super easy. You can also get them at Autozone for around 20.00 bucks. Just make sure you pull the cable out of the sleeve and lubricate it with the supplied lube, cause a dried out cable is sure to screw things up. It's a good idea to change the cable if you replace the speedometer head.

It is separate. You can get a head from e-bay.
