i am replacing all the gaskets in the 5.0 motor i am installing in my stang. the motor i believe is out of a late 80's or early 90's crown vic. it is an H.O. motor, and was out of a police interceptor car. will this gasket set work? i ammaking the car carbureted if that is why it says up thru 82. i actually only needthe gaskets for heads, intake, valve, exhaust, and oil pan. if this kit will not work will someone explain why?

i thought it would work too but when it only said thru 82 it got me concerned. and i dont want to throw away 50 bucks
