TAKE YOU CAR OUT AND RUN IT HARD SHIFT AT DIFFERENT RPM POINTS. YOU WILL FEEL THE CAR PULL DOWN OR SOME WOULD SAY FALL ON IT FACE. YOU WANT TO SHIFT JUST BEFORE THAT. PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT. AND WHEN YOU FIND THAT SPOT GO BUY A TACH WITH A SHIFT LIGHT AND SET IT TO THAT RPM AND YOU WILL NAIL IT EVERY TIME!

6250 is all you need on the street if you get beat @ that rpm....then do some work....after 6250 on mostyou'll start to hurt the engine when you up it to 7k and you miss a shift and the engine is feel willing at 7 k your engine is going to thank you in the most horrible way

2500 is all you need on the street. The point is that my rotating assembly is balanced and my valvetrain can handle higher RPMs, so I'd like to be able to take advantage of it just for ships and giggles.
