Hi guys I got a question my 5.0 is running on the cold mark after you drive it for miles and let it idle. It runs very rough like this and stalls sometimes. It also shows a check engine light sometime but goes off after a couple of seconds. would this cause it to run rough not getting warmed up also it does throw heat.

i'd start simple...check the coolant level and the thermostat
