My suggestion is to call ford motorsports and talk to them besides they do this for a living and nobody else knows better than them. Everybody will tell you what they think or know but all my questions always seemed to be answered by them at the end of the day. I am now going through what you are struggling with. They helped me set up my motor combination(waiting on parts now). I had to end up ordering the maf conversion for mine so my car will perform at the peak of its level. I have their # if you want it. pm me if you want it. Good luck

If you will call Amp performance and tell them what you have, they will tell you what your gonna need. I just bit the bullet and ordered the kit from them instead of tryin to piece it all together. The kit is 549.00 and it comes with all the wires, new proccessor, and the meter for whatever size injectors you'll be runnin and instructions. They were very helpful in telling me what i was gonna need but, in the end i decided it was worth it. i was very impressed with them. got their # if you want it pm me

ORIGINAL: AdderMk2

screw usuing a maf.... im taking mine out soon
I agree thats too big maybe. lobe center is probably off....like dimebad said SD runs off vaccum... around 112 i think, Heres a chart of SD compatible cams
Also my car runs great being a SD, even with all my mods, which isnt really too much, but enough for most people to think that itd "f*ck" it up, i dont really plan on converting over no time soon, hell if ever really, im thinking of a dyno& tune, Hopefully Anderson Ford can tune SD systems, dont know if I need it but would probably help, sure the hell wouldnt hurt.........
check out this site and the SD and MAF systems and see how they work.
