Launched at 2500rpm. Once the tires started spinning, I let off and smoothly got back on the throttle. I ended up losing to a Neon!

(not to hy-jack)but i took my 94 lincoln towncar to the track and spun the mess out of my tires...got a 16.1 at 86mph.

ok next time... dont try to launch... try about 1500, and try to get off the clutch asap(not dumping it tho) and give it as much gas as you can w. out spin(kinda like leaving a red light, but do that as fast as u can)... do that, and depending on how good ya are w. ur car(hey no offence) you can feel when the wheels are right on the brink of breaking loose... keep it there...

I ran that guy three times. I beat him once though, by a fender. He had a better e/t, but I got him so bad on reaction time it was rediculous.
