Default Vic Jr heads

Will the valve clearence be a problem with a "B" cam? the guy I just baught these from said that they should clear with under 520 lift( he did recommend that I use clay any way). Stock type piston I believe, just 0.030 over........I just thought maybe someone here might have used them before...thanx in advance

don't they have 2.05 intakes ?

i would say yes for sure, you'll need to notch the pistons

well, i have the heads....... just have to wait a while before i can afford to do any more work. but i have had ad experience with smaller heads with anything over 175hp shot of nos......

10-4, just trying to find out if they will clear. i can fly cut the pistons if i have to, just dont want replace them at this point.. maybe after a couple more bonus checks or something..

Yeah you're going to have to have them fly cut for sure man. Victor Jr's are alot of head for a little 302 though. Better stroke that sumbitch.
