a lot of people have been saying that this cam would be bad, but after seeing some recent #'s with it on ported stock e7's the trick flow stage 2 cam is a great cam for this setup. But its quite radical for a 5.0 and will fit ur setup, but if u want something mild the stage 1 is prob the best cam that u can get for the 5.0 other than a custom grind. so hope this helps

i am proud of u u finally strayed away from the alaphabet cams good job.
heres a thread about different cams
https://mustangforums.com/m_2696906/tm.htm

with the trick flow stg 2 u would definately have to flycut the pistons
check into the andersonfordmotorsports.com and look at the b31 or b41 cams
or have one made for set up and get ahold of jay allen at camshaftinovations.com

remember u pay for what u get and making hp isn't cheap

thanks jasper, but actually the trick flow stage 2 is probably the last cam u can fit in the 5.0 without flycuttin the pistons, someone is doin a similar setup as me, with gt40 irons and that cam, and he has it in there with the stock bottom end, with no notching. so this should help.

I would keep the B cam over the E, who told you to get a bigger cam? Too big of a cam will hurt you.

not a bigger cam, but too big of a cam. Bigger does not always mean better.
