piston question

Default piston question

i found this guy who has a 5.0 rebuild kit with gaskets,oil pump,timing chain,all bearings,lifters,piston rings,and thecamshaft and pistons for $200 .problem is that the camshaft he doesn't know what specs all the box says is super stock industries?and pistons i asked what they were he says all the box says is aluminum,and i asked him what does the piston have on it he said it says .30 over on them and they have a f on the side of them. do you think these are/could be forged don't want to buy if they aren't.sorry for the long post.thanks

the F stands for, forward, no aftermarket forged piston will have that, probe, ross, je, diamond, cp etc.
