you can simply eliminate the smog on a fox, by running a shorter belt. however, the relocation bracket for the PS is a really good idea instead of trying to leave it down low where it is

if i were to take off the AC then what should i plug everything up with? i have the SC delete belt from autozone but haven't done anything yet

i was told the bolt size was a 9/16. i have the write up here telling me that. so which is it. need to know if i need to stop by lowes before i go to work in the morning.

Tool-wise I used 9/16th, an adjustable wrench for the bigger connections, a hex-key set, and I had to buy a set of those little plastic hose de-couplers. Y'know the kind that are for disconnnecting fuel and A/C lines. You'll have to pull the radiator if you want to get to the A/C heat exchanger. Once the compressor is off, you shouldn't need the mounting bracket underneath anymore. I could be wrong, but I don't think that it holds the power-steering pump or anything like that.

If you really, really hate your A/C tubes, you can always just hacksaw them out.
