Default success! but more ?'s

i replaced my igniton control module and it fixed my problem completely! how long are those things supposed to last? also when i was doing this change i noticed more connectors not connected which really bothers me. for example the plug that runs to the ignition module, there is another plug that runs along with it and splits off to nothing....any ideas? also the plug that runs to the compresor to my a/c has a connector that runs with it and splits off and connects to nothing..... any ideas?

the one near the module is probably the spout connector, no?
ford cars always have unused connectors, if everything is working, don't worry about it.

there is alot of stuff that doesnt work right on the car. i also had another ?'s because you kinda went into it on a previous thread. when you have the a/c compressor still on but not hooked up you said something about restricting above 4k rpms or something, will doing an a/c delete kit stop this? also will the car be ok when i unconnect the compressor wire harness or will it get mad?

i believe your computer will set a code if you unplug the A/C, i'm not sure though. there is a code in the EEC system that serves two purposed, A/C clutch problems and neutral safety switch. so its hard to say. it won't run any different, but it might set a code.
The restriction problem i was talking about earlier is the WOT cutout relay for the a/c clutch.

how does that happen and how to do stop it or prevent it. i havent taken my car above 4 grand yet since rebuild but it kinda feels like right around 4k it doesnt have much more pull. should i try to take it above 4 k and see what it does?
