yes the 351w heads bolt up just fine. actually my friend is building a 347 using 351w heads. he is porting out the hump in the exhaust ports to allow more airflow.

RE: 351w heads?
I have 1969, done over with 1.94 and 1.6 intake valves, .550 springs, stage 3 port and polish, enlarged bowls. there sick, still havent figured out a way to wipe the smile off my face
but when they were stock, id say 20rwhp over stock, nothing more[&:]. Bang for the buck yeah, but honestly, that kinda work I had done will out cost a pair of aftermarket heads by $300, so Id leave em alone.

yea, well I figured if stock 351w heads would open it up a bit more than my stock 5.0 heads I would swap em seein as I can get em for free. Only problem is my heads have upgraded valve springs and I dunno if they'd swap over
