It would be a tenth or two faster, but its not worth the money or mileage you would lose. If you already have 3.73s no reason to change them.

i agree i have an auto with 3.73s and my bud has a stick with 3.73s and you can tell a way bigger difference with his than mine im goin with 4.10s in the spring

i read on here somewhere that you have to have 410s on an automatic to keep up with a stock 5 speed. If this is true, then you would need 430s to prolly beat your buddy.

the cam,and type of drivin is crucial...ya need to knowwhat cam ya have to see it a 373 is better for it then 410s..i have 4.10 in mine and its a beefed t-5.. and first is fast to shift,but i could tell diff over 373s..without knowin cam,and with gt40s id say prob 373s are good..
i went from 355s to 410s and shaved a half sec of time..

I would definentally go with 4.10s, you'll regret it.

I have 4.10s and i get retarded good gas milage. my friends all have 3.73s and they somehow go through gas alot quicker than me.
