cam install

How much does it cost if I took it to a shop???

If it is too pricey I will just go to my friend who has built his own motor... in that case is there any instructions I can follow?? How long does it take??

its a crane energizer camshaft w/ lifters... and the cam locking plate

it is pretty expensive, usually run between 400-600 dollars.
