Brake kit install
I just orderedmy 5-lugford racing brake kit for my 86GT. My kit includes everything master cylider thru axel shafts.I know I have to but new rims and tires, as my front rotorswill be13.0 inch and rears are 11.65 inch, how big of a rim size do you all recommend for front and rear. I want to maximize my tire size WITHOUT RUBBING. I don't want to roll the fenders or quarters. The kit recommends 17x8 all the way around can I go bigger?

Don't hold me to it, but from what I have read, it sounds like 17x8's on the front and 17x9's on the rear is probably the max without doing anything other than remove the quadshocks on the rear. Hopefully someone that has actually done this will chime in.
