Default header options on a dart 408cid

I'm looking for some options and some direction too figure out what headers i should or could run on my setup going in my 93LX
i have a Dart 408 being built for me at the moment, with TFS 225 heads i figured i could run a header that was setup for a 351, however when i just got off the phone with anderson ford i was told they have nothing for me and i should look into koks headers, Why would headers for a 351 not work?
i'm looking for shorties at the moment as i have a brand new bassani X and catback setup on the car currently.
any help would be great.

dont know why they would tell you that unless that unless it has something to do with the block??? As for the Kooks headers, Definately the best as far as racing headers. Expensive as crap but good quality. If you are looking for something a little cheaper, try a set of Hooker Headers. they have a slip tube that makes long tubes easy to install. in some cases you can almost do it without unbolting the motor (if you have a tube kmember). Around $400 or so.

like i said its only because i already have a brand new exhaust setup on the car,
but it really doesnt matter at this point i'm bascily just lookin for a good set of headers
for this setup that will work, i was just a little be dumbfounded about the whole i dont have anything that will work for you when i just thought a set of headers for a 351 will work...

My next question is does anyone know if a Full 3" Catback and X-pipe is made for the foxbody?
from what i've seen is everything out there is only 2.5" but someone must make a bolt on 3"
if not then it looks like custom will have to do....

You can find 3" exhaust fairly easily. Grab the 3" Mac prochamber...you won't be disappointed!!!

Here is a link to just one of the many places/mfg's that have what you need. These are Hedman 1 1/2" tubes, and 3" collector.
