yea i dont like buying super expensive stuff on ebay, i get nervous. i weld really well...what kind of welder we talkin? tig or mig i can do but if its heliarch i've never done one but they dont look hard, im sure i could find someone to let me use their welder. why dont you like sts? i think they sound sweet and they did a good bit on horsepower tv with that c5. i'll check that other turbo system though. i dont see alot of turbo stangs though, should i stay with super or is there a particular reason why people stick with super or procharged on 5.0 and not turbo?

u can get more boost out of a turbo, but witht he supers theres more of a here and now feeling witht the boost since the car doesnt ahve to get to any significant amount of rpm to feel the boost. centrifugals work more liek turbos which is y kb and whipple types are better for constant boost, but the centrifugals id say are more popular for the ease of installation, to fab a turbo kit alot of ppl use mig and tigging would be fine too

I watched them install STS turbo on '06 mustang.
Looked very rinky-dink and poorly designed and routed
they were having all kinds of oil drain problems
and STS turned it into a single rear exhaust so it looks like a V6.
was thoroughly unimpressed when I had my head up under there looking at everything.

Remote mount turbos just suck in my opinion

http://www.ststurbo.com/

HP Turbo makes a good kit, but I hear horror stories on them
taking 6 months to deliver

Hellion makes a good kit and they keep them in stock
for next day shipping.

PTS makes a good kit, but again hear horror stories on delivery

There is also PonyDown turbo kits and B&G turbo that offers DYI headers and parts as well as kits.
