6 a day, 52 a week, 157,632.5 a month

It's funny to see how the winter/people's projects progress- before winter hit there were a million "what gears should I put in?" threads. Then, cars got parked in storage and the work began. That started the 15 million "GT40 heads?" "Explorer engines?" "GT40s!" "GT40 or GT40P?" yada yada yada. That or "351?" "408 or 347?" "where can I get a 351?". Now that everyone's got their heads all squared away, it's the more detailed stuff like, hmm, what is it now? Oh yeah... "PUSHROD LENGTH HELP" and "PUSHRODS" and "PUSH ROD LENGTH." Oy! When people join the site they should be emailed a link to the search button

Better yet, when they try to use the "New Topic" function they should be prompted with a pop-up that says ... "Did you use the search function?"

Then they will click yes, and another pop up should be there that says "AdderMk2 will pick on you for the rest of your life if you post another god damn gear thread!"

I thinkyou should be required to use the search function 3 times beforeyou can post. Maybe then the newcomerswill be like damn, I need to search for 3 things, how about gears, intakes, annnddd engine size. That should keep morale up, only the people who have relevant topics can post, and the search button will be every noobies best friend. That and maybe Adder will make more new friends, because he wont have to pick on everyone. World peace should be soon to follow.

Well at least you're all trying to help out...

What are your plans for your car? Is the car a daily driver? How often does it see the track?
