now this is an AOD!!
finally got my aod back from the builder today!! took a long time to accumulate the parts........and the money but its finally done. there was a third wire added to the side of the tranny case so now i have 3 wires to run to different switches inside the car to make it work. for parts it has;
alto red clutches and kolene steels.
4 clutches in the intermediate set (instead of 3)
8 clutches in the direct clutch set (instead of 6)
mechanical diode
2" OD band
A++ OD servo
hardened one piece C6 input shaft (one hell of a big input shaft)
art carr full manual valve body with trans brake and electic OD delete
art carr 10" converter with C6 splines
all new seals and new filter
you guys have to see the pressure spring the valve body has. i couldnt believe it when i saw it. for those that done know, it basically determines how hard the tranny hits. the stock valve body has a spring about as stiff as the spring in a ball pen. this valve body has a spring that looks like it could be the inner spring for a valve in the head. ITS HUGE! shifts should feel like im getting rear ended by a semi truck. find out in a couple days. ill have pics of the inside later since i have to pull the pan off to install a drain plug in the pan.
