Default installing exhuast question

ok.. I apologize if this is another common question but i DIDsearach the forum first without luck. I am installing my headers; Hpipe; and cat-back tomorrow and Ihave the head gasket.
1) Does anyone know if I need any gasket maker goo? of just the dry gasket for the headers?
2) My Headers are used and there was some hardened paste on one of them, so is there some goo or caulk I need between the header and the Hpipe...
3)finally what about from the Hpipe to the cat-back.. anything needed or just bolt on?

Thanks in advance...

a "regular" gasket will be fine. as far as the H-pipe, it should be a "ball and socket" fit, you shouldnt need a gasket

i recommend some aluminum header gaskets. i kept blowing out the paper ones and they would start to leak.

they are about 40 dollars but well worth it IMO. i also used header studs instead of bolts.

No gasket required for h pipe - catback. Just bolt on.
