trying to find the most cost efficient upgrades to a stock 5.0 just to add a lil extra "oomph"

was thinking bigger mass air meter, throttle body and injectors

Note: already have mac off road h & flowmaster cat back

Note to previous reply: what H/C/I setup would be good keeping in mind i am not lookin for a race car and do a fair amount of driving?

Gears should be first on the list, then H/C/I then the mods you listed.

Nitrous would be the eaiest!!! but maybe just bolt-ons, throttle body, MAF, headers, h or x pipe, catback, underdrive pullies, gears.
