Thats a question that cannot realistically be answered for you. Every body shop is different, every shop will charge more work, every shop has different views of whats a "good" paint job, same goes for people. Paint prices vary, shop prices vary, labor prices vary, matierial prices vary, etc.

Best bet, go to a body shop and have them check out the car and give you a quote. I went to one shop and got quoted 2K for some minor spray work and than went to a shop across the street and got quoted $600. They are ALL different.

if you have chrome cobra R's go with black or blue or (lambo/tangerine/Brighter)organe with black racing stripes if u like it.... if u have silver cobras go with dark green black racing stripes if u do the green, black, or orange black out the head lights and tail lights if u go with a nice blue get ultra clear head lights and tail lights

i got mroe ideas if u want more but those are ideas ive seen and like a lot...

I painted my car myself, and with all supplies, sand paper, base coat, primer, clear coat, flex additive, sanding blocks, hardner, thinner, etc, I paid 700.

maaco can do great work and they can do crap work it's just depends on who they have working for them at the time, i spent 4500 (with getting charged 3/4 price for every thing) the end result is in my sig. it's vermillion red, the car looked great from far and even better up close..... most paint jobs will look great from 2-3 ft. away but when u get with in a couple inches and start looking at angles and thing u notice a lot of defects (happends to all paint jobs)

You get what you pay for,I cannot stess that enough. Of couse it all depends on what you consider a decent paint job. I will bet my right arm that the guys suggesting Maaco and I have a VERY different idea of what quality paint and body work is. Depending on your location exspect to spend $1500-4000 depending on material cost, haz-mat issues, and the amount of prep your particular car needs.
