Default Shot Engine Mounts

So my engine mounts are shot. How bad is this affecting the car? Is this going to make it go down the track worse? Would I be better off getting solid mounts? I drive the car pretty often, but I want the best performance possible.

if you get solid mounts you would never forget it haha... talk about a vibrating machine haha
one thing i noticed with my bad mounts was, when i was driving in first gear at a higher rpm, and let off the gas, it would have play in it... like a clunk thing

really? cause ive had solid ones for a few years now with no problems. breaking a stock k member must be a pretty neat trick..especially as thick and beasty as they are.
