Default Surging idle

Just put on my long tube headers and H pipe yesterday..car sounds great but now it wants to surge back and forth during idle. Even when I am going slow it wants to surge as well. Any ideas?

Nothing has changed except for the headers.

You could try taking the vacuum plug off the vacuum block(what the brake booster hooks to)there will be a port that has a plug on it, take it off it will give it a leak but it may fix the idle. cant hurt to try.

Its located bythe butterfly valve of the TB. Where the end of the cable goes onto that half-circle looking thing. Its a 5/16s nut with a slot for a flat screwdriver...and a little spring behind it. If your still lost, I'll snap a pic. Look at where your intake tube goes onto the TB right at the clamp....and feel under it.

You do not wanna do this.you will be creating another issue. How long has the car run since the swap?
