Default EGR Delete? consists of what?

I'm nearing the end of my first 5.0 build up, and know i want to delete the EGR valve completely. What exactly do i have to take off or need to keep on so a check engine light does not come on and the car runs right. I do not have a custom computer to program it in so the computer thinks its still there, so that's not an option. I've heard about blockin the hole half shut and some type of theory of that, details are appriciated.

To delete the EGR function from the EEC-IV, all you need to do is have an EGR failure code......the one that will not allow the CEL to illuminate, is code 33 (valve not opening when commanded or, the same as plugging the vacuum line to the EGR valve).....you could install a delete plate and resistors setup that will fool the ECM into thinking the EVP sensor is within specs @closed position, since the EGR valve will not open (code 33).....the EEC-IV system will automatically delete/bypass its function.

You can either buy a "simulator plug & kit" or make up your own with a resistors triangle with resistors bought at Radio Shack.

so if i were to purchase the egr eliminator plugin on the one link u listed, that would solve everything, i don't need the spacer cuz i have the tb mounted right on new intake,? and the EVP mounts in a different spot, so you don't need the spacer i would imagine.
