Default What heads & Intake to buy?

I been reading alot about afr's and trickflow.. Im goign to buy the Box R Trickflow intake deffently.. But with 9.1 compression and a D-1 procharger.. with like 15-16lbs of boost what size heads should i buy? 185 or 205? It dosnt have to be legal. So dosnt need the smog hole. Or can i go bigger then 205's? its not goign to be a ever yday car just when its nice and weekend. Im looking to make 650hp. with my setup. I hear afr heads are giving peopel almost 100hp over stock heads.. this true? and also the intake trickflow box r.. thats a good intake right?

I'd get the 205's if your runnin that much boost....Your gonna be pushin alot of air through those heads and you definatly dont wanna be bottle necked....

I dont see too many people runnin a box intake unless theyre makin seriously HP....I'm not too sure what kindof HP #'s you should start usin a box intake around tho...someone else can chime in on that one...

are you going to be running an aftermarket block? always with the 205's you have to get headers that are like 1 3/4 in size because of the raised exhaust ports on the head. what size motor is this going on?

No, its not a stock block. Its a D.S.S. Block!

Stock block + 650 hp = TWO 4CYL MOTORS

I thought a D.S.S. block was a stock block.[&:]

No, its not a stock block. Its a D.S.S. Block!

Stock block + 650 hp = TWO 4CYL MOTORS

To add on your math a bit...
Stock block + 650hp = 2 4cyl blocks
DSS block = stock block
Therefore, DSS block + 650hp = 2 4cyl blocks

Not trying to be a dick, but are you sure you're ready for 650hp? Judging by your posts it doesn't give the impression that you know a ton about building engines, and there are a LOT of small details that are very important at power levels like that. Think carefully, ask questions, and be sure about EVERYTHING
