I like my vert, and it will be in the family for years to come, I have already been threatened if I ever sell it. I would like to have a hard top, but in addtion to, and not replacing the vert. They are just too much fun. Maybe they are an aquired taste, like spinach, you either like them or you dont, plain and simple.

It's all up to you what ever you prefer... IMO i would keep the notch because it's lighter and I just dont really like verts except for SSKillers and BlackSnakes.
Well screw you too!

+1.

Vert are hot hard to heat. Mine would get to hot if I left the heat on before I went to the 180* thermo. Now it is juust fine. And yes there are alot or draw back to owning a vert. But put the top down once on a warm sunny day and you forget about them instantly. My Vert has been in my family since it was new, and will remain that way.

for a street car it's a tough call...i love them both. if you live somewhere it's usually cold/wet then the notch is a better fit. certainly notch for track only...fox verts are still lighter then most other coupes on the road though. like someone said they make more noise with the top up but one drive with the top down on a nice day makes it all worth it. running 2 mid/bottom 10 sec passes in a vertwithout a roll cage gets you noticed...by the tech inspector who kicks you off the track mine now has a full drag coilover setup (used to be a road race setup) and 150whp more then it did on those passes...so it should run deep in the single digits once i build a proper cage. point is verts can definitely get it done on the track as well...racing jason's turbo'd vert was in the 7's[:-]

Thanks hunter, not bad for a do it yourself paintjob! I would like to have a hardtop as well, in the same scheme.

Thank you for the compliment. I love my ****box vert. It is loud and noisy.....but when you drop the top heads turn.......(could be the rollcage though).

However I really love the notchback. Acutally I am looking for one right now.....to convert everything off the vert into it.

Personally I think that Turbostang21 has a bad *** very clean ride.
