I have some struts i got for my 4cyl race car and we went to put them on and the the spindles are wider then the strut , we got then from laurel mountain and we called them and the guy asked us if we had a 4cyl and we said yes ,cause my dad didnt think it would matter if it were an gt or not so i guess that the spindles (were the struts mount) are smaller on the GT's or is the guy bs us cause i went to put them on my GT and they still dont fit , would they be for an svo or what , any input would be great.

I was gonna say you have GT spindles on your 4 banger...but thats out of the question...are you absolutely positve that those truts are for a mustang?. Take the part number on them a do a google search...

they wouldnt fit anything else i dont have them on methere in class there KYB struts soo ? idk

87 up gt's are thicker in the spindle then a 4cyl or 86 back gt
your gt a 86 back ? it should be the same on the 79-93 except the gt's
