Your not gonna see oil in the intake if its burning it through the head. Leaking stem seal or guides will not show oil in the intake nor will blow by. Try pulling the plugs out and see what they look like.
Don't make this assumption!

The dynamics of airflow in the intake is VERY complex.

If oil is leaking past the intake valve seals/guides, then it should show in the intake runners.
How much oil will depend on the specific engine, mostly the cam I would think...
