Default Quick Question

I have a cd player that plays cd's just fine, but the reception for the radio sucks. I know the antenna is plugged in. I get a great signal, meaning I have alot of stations, however it has a lot of static to it. I went to walmart and picked up an antenna booster / new antenna and was wondering if you guys think i should/shouldnt install it. Also, how would I go about doing it?

Dont you just unscrew it and then screw the new one on?

Default RE: Quick Question

If you decide to use the fm signal booster, make sure you hook up to a good ground or else you'll get that annoying alternator whine coming through your speakers as you drive. I put one on my wifes KIA, (I know, her dumbass x-husband picked it out) now it gets great reception all over.
