Default Motor problems- -NEED HELP ASAP

Ok so i got just got my motor back in my car. It is a 302 .030 over, AFR 165's, X Cam, 24lb inj., TB&MAF, Headers. Not really anything else too extreme. Here is my problem, The car will idle fine, but it has a massive lack of power. I have checked the fuel pressure, firing order, timing 14*. Any help would be great. Thanks

When i go to get on it, not toohard though cause the motor just got a fresh rebuild. It acts like it is not getting enough fuel or something? It seems like there is something holding it back or somethin.

whats your tps set at?
did you double check all the connectors to make sure there plugged in all the way
check to see if the mass air is dirty
check to see if there is a rag blocking the intake(had a friend do this, didnt run long though)

I havent checked the TPS. What is it supposed to be set at? I have had two MAF on the car so it probably isnt that. And last but not least there isnt a rag blocking the intake. I wish, cant get that lucky though.
