You will not break the studs off without an outragous amount of power (But I have seen it happen once). The only reasons to upgrade, that I know, are as follows:
Bigger wheel selection
Stronger axles (Not an issue with your current car)
You get some outragous deal on a 5 lug brake set-up
You like the looks of having an extra lug

the only reason i am going to do it is because of brakes and the wheels i want to use on the notch

It was more in a joking manner, although we did have a previous thread where that was an argument that was made. or a samseed (Spelling??) put it.
4 lug = Old and Busted
5 lug = New Hotness
I run 4 lugs, and you can't even see that he has 5 lugs with his center caps on, but to each their own.
