we have an audio section... and if u do that u have to make a fiber glass enclosure for the sub to fit in or the sound won't radiate out right and it'll sound like ***

subs need proper box specs to sound good. I tried taking mine out of the box the other day (its in a huge truck box that has to sit flat in my trunk) and just sitting there it sounded terrible. Anythign i could find to put it in still sounded terrible. So mines back in the big heavy box again.

I think it would be very easy to make a box to fit in there and work ok. I know others have put a sub there. The only problem is it will send the sound upwards and not toward to people listening. You would still get some of the base, but it would not be the same as if the sub was facing forward. It you do build the box you might want to get the sub first just so you can have the info for the size box you need to build first, as cubic footage needed will vary, and the sub will sound different based on the volume of the box.

Well give it a shot and see how it works. If it turns out good i might give it a try. ps your car looks a lot like mine, especially from the back.

i don't know, i don't remember the dimensions... best bet would be to measure it. i have a 10" and that box looks smaller than mine, so i think it should fit.
