Difference between equal and unequal length headers
RE: Difference between equal and unequal length headers
on equal length headers, great pains are taken to keep
every cylinder pipe the exact same length, so that each
cylinders exhaust as same distance to go. This keeps
the "exhaust pulses" in order and lowers back pressure
for more hp.
Shorties or unequal headers just take the shortest most
direct path regardless of exhaust flow.
