The car is not lowered yet, I am thinking of using the motorsport springs so it should only be lowered about an inch or so.

i personally have experience with the lakewood traction action lift bars and i loved them. i could honestly tell a difference when i put them and my uppers on with crappy street tires. i went from spinning all through 3rd to spinning to the middle of 2nd gear soit does make a difference

+1 on the Lakewood action/traction lowers and I went with UPR uppers with poly bushings.

hpm megabite jr are the best, will improve handling and traction

they are also the same as the motorsport ones (i think they sold the patent to ford)

Go to www.baselinesuspensions.com i have their upper and lowers and couldn't be more happy. i have heard bad things from a co-worker that the bbk ones have bad bushings that go out by the end of the summer, he had to replace them after one summer on a street strip car. I've had good luck with these and highly recomend them.

those blue oval ones look like the ones granetteli makes. id stay away. ive seen pics of them snapped in 2. u get what u pay for. ur best bet is to get products that are researched, made, and raced by people. then u know its a good product.
Actually they are mac knock offs. I have them on my car and have had NO problems w/ them. Been down the track plenty of times. They are made very well from heavy duty steel. Just b/c they aren't a "real" name brand, doesn't mean they are junk!
