Default Finally got my tranny and clutch all done

First off thanks to everyone who helped make this go so smooth. This was the 3rd tranny in this car and clutch. the first 2 were F*cked up when they went in so i leatrned my lesson. i bought a brand new T-5 Z spec with the lower first and fifth gears, spec stage 2 spec billet flywheel and MGW short throw. i already have UPR adjustable cable with firewall and new clutch fork polythane mount and pivot ball. Both the first clutches were so stiff it pushed me back in my seat when i engaged clutch and chattered real bad. i did what you guys said and lubed the cable and routed as straight as possible and changed flywheel and now it is half as stiff and to me it is perfect. I love it so much and my car is fun to drive again. thanks forrecommending MGW shirter it is so sweet. I will post a couple of pics af all my goodies. the tranny is brand new not rebuilt. I got tired of messing with **** and bought top of line everything. Thanks so much, it drives and rides and shifts so smooth and insatllation was the easiest its every been.

Thanks its so nice to push the clutch down and not feel like i am going through the seat. i can hold it in first now at a light. the MGW is the best its so tightand firm. The spec clutch and flywheel are erally nice as well

failed to mention that I also changed the bushings in the pedal that control the side to side movement. They are under the sterring wheel and a pain to get to. you have to remove the brake pedal. the reason mine was so bad was cause there was none there. I guess they wore out.
