Default Motor suggestions

I was looking for some ideas and suggestions on what combos have been successful in making decent power. Right now we have a 1989 5.0 LX with shorty headers, flowmaster 2 1/2catback , GT40 upper and lower intake, ZEX 100 shot, C&L CAI, 255gph fuel pump.Motor is starting to get a little tired and its time to take it out and redo it. Would like to supercharge it (maybe turbo) possible stroke it as well. Would like some suggestions on compression ratio, heads, cam, pistons etc. Thanks in advance as its alot to ask.

Sorry, I guess that would help. Budget, honestly around 3-4K without the supercharger or turbo if possible. I figure that to be an additional 3-4 k but will buy that at the end. Goals, would like to get near the high 10s low elevens when its all said and done. I will do a rear when I get to that bridge.

im not sayin that those times are impossible, but with only 3k-4k to play with it wont be easy. if you absolutely want to run those times with that much, i would suggest using a decent shot of nitrous and pour the rest into suspension
