Default Sticking Speedo

While driving back to college tonight my speedo was sticking bad. It was very jerky and would pause while I was changing speeds until I was a good ten miles or so above or below what it read and finally move to the correct speed. IS it easy to fix this, and if so how???

Thanks for any help.

It is pretty easy.....get some 3 and 1 oil and lube the speedo cable. The only tough part is taking apart the whole guage cluster to get to it.

remove the torx 20 screws on top and around the speedo dash bezel, AKA where the headlight switch is. Once that is removed its just some 1/4" bolts thats it. the hardest part is disconnecting the wires
