Here's a link of my engine running, and thecar sounds like hell.
What do you guys hear? Suggestions?
Finally busting out the car for spring, only to hear this, is really a bummer.
I appreciate the help! [&:]

might be a stuck lifter too.
try putting some Seafoam in the oil, see if it frees it up

According to my stock gauge, my oil pressure is doing fine. (in the upper 1/2 to 3/4 region of the range)

tighten your header bolts
I didn't think this sounded like an exhaust leak, but I torqued em down some anyway; to no avail

if u havent driven it in a while chances are ur lifters bleed down.. let it ildle for a while and it should go away
I've been driving the car around for 3 full days now...

Take the driveside valve cover off and see whats up.

sounds like a broke or stuck valve train piece to me
I just pulled the valve cover, and everything looks alright. All the rockers were tight.

my friends 306 does the same thing... its just his lifters tapping. add some oil!
Like I said, I just changed my oil. It has a full 5 quarts in there.

did you change anything out,
As you can see I'm running the stock valvetrain, and this is the first time I've ever had to pop the valve cover off!

I appreciate the help... when I get this back together I could try some seafoam. Any other ideas? This is killing my spirit...
