difference in flywheels QUICK!!

is there a difference between a flywheel off of an 86 and a flywheel of of an 85???

thats right around the time they went from a 28oz to a 50oz balance, if they are both one piece rear main seals or both 2 piece rear main seals your fine. one will not work on the other without being rebalanced.

i was told that all roller 5.0 blocks had 28oz flywheels?

85 has 10 inch flywheel where 86 and up has 10 1/2 inch flywheel
