I have no clue.

My fox is bone stock besides the MAC Headers Hpipe and Exhuast i got installed last weekend. how much Torque and HP do u guys think i have right now?

its 1992 GT 5.0

oh and KNN air filter that supposidly adds like 10 HP or something like that...

15-20 from exhaust, 3 or 4 (not 10) from the filter, probably 4 from the timing bump. Math time!
