Lol... well they do teach us a lot of uselessjunk, morals and work ethic are almost completly gone in my generation i am 15.Oh and respect is not even heard of any more, kids cursing out teachers and crap like that its pretty bad.

to get more hp you need more oxygen and you guessed it fuel...i had a 89 F-350 and that baby got 10mpg with a gooseneck and a dozer or if u had nothing on the back...it was just a 3 speed auto also...but dont be suprised if you only get 6 - 12mpg

On a mild build I'd say 10-14 is a reasonable expectation...when you're being nice to it, that is. But once again, it's all in the build

On the stock Ford 93 Cobra ECU I was averaging 17mpg in my 408w, and getting just over 20mpg on the highway.
Plan out a good motor and don't get crazy with the cam.
The only way you see single digits in a street efi Mustang is if something is wrong...
just my opinion though,

you'll be getting more then what most these people are saying. my brother has a 94 full size bronco with 33's and it gets about 12 with his stock 351W.
put that same motor in a much lighter mustang with much less wind drag and you can expect decent gas mileage.
