I get about 12 mpg with a mostly stock 302 (just a few bolt ons and the heads and cam arent in it yet).
Dont expect more than that.

If this is in your 92 (in your sig), and you have less than 10:1 gears in the rear,

Then there is something wrong.

Its is my '92.
There arent any codes to pull. I pulled them all in the fall and fixed everything that was wrong. The only problems were an out of range TPS (bought, installed and set a new one) and something with the EVP or whatever the thing is on the EGR (I cleaned it and its been fine and the light hasnt come back on).
Alot of it probably has to do with my heavy right foot and the fact that most of the driving I do in this car is city driving.
Ive only checked the gas mileage a few times and that was with 2.73 gears. Now its got 4.10's so the odometer is probably still a little off even with a correction gear.
