heads youll be fine

and CAM(no s, lol, pushrod motor), depends on what cam u go w.

either way a tune wont hurt thats for sure... but if ur gonna do heads and a cam, might aswell save a little more for an intake too, then get it tuned, jmo

Here's the #'s:

E cam
.498/.498
duration 220/220

TFS stage 1
.499/.510
duration 221/225

The TFS cams are split lift/duration which helps clear exhaust gases, especially in Ford iron heads w/ smaller exhaust valves/runners.

I would definitely get a dyno tune for the SN95 ecu. Mail order chips are generic and won't get you the most out of your mods.

Don't misunderstand those of us that tell you to stay away from Ford's letter cams.... They aren't crap and will, in fact, add power like they're supposed to. It's just that they ARE older technology and several other companies have made improvements to what Ford started. So using a newer cam can give you more power and a better powerband if you choose the right one.

Just so you know I'm not biased, I'm running the E cam on my ported E7's. I got a good deal on it or I would have gone w/ the Stage 1.
