Default transmission for new motor?

I juat driving home my rod spunn a bearing. I would be putting Vortech s trim,TF track heat heads, Track heat upper and lower, blower cam on a forged 347.whave now. I want to install an after cooler and run nore boost. What kind of power should i make? I made 420 with this setup minus the cooler and at 5 PSI stock motor until @#!##$!@

My question is should i upgrade my stock trans? Maybe get a tremech or if somebody could build what i have stock t5
