Default gt40x heads
Were the 1993 oem head bolts torque to yield. I am installing gt40x heads and would like to reuse the head bolts. The diameter of the holes in new head are larger though? With roller rockers on these heads will I also need hardened pushrods with E-303 cam?

stock ford head bolts are a 3 time use TTY bolt... YES, they CAN be reused... but I prefer ARP head STUDS!

damn adder your all over this **** LOL

yeah arp's are better, personally if your on a budget and want better bolts i would score a old set from a junk yard motor. the earlier bolts didnt stretch and are better IMO

After 1992 1/2 Ford switched to TTY bolts. I wouldn't reuse them, but it's not my head gasket

If your broke *** can't afford a good set of head bolts you need to buy a new Honda and drive it until the wheels fall off.
