Default what should i do to the engine??????
on my list are 70mm TB,trick flow manifold, but what else should i get???????? by doing these mods should i get more gas going through the engine to make the air to gas ratio equal??????

you could get an adjustable fuel regulator. How much do you have to spend. If you can afford it get a set of heads and a cam. If I were you I would get gears and an exhaust.

The computer will adjust your A/F ratio as needed. Install some gears and do a full exhaust.
