fuel line fittings
i'm pulling my motor and can't figure out how to get the fuelline disconnected from the fuel rail, is there a special trick or tool for this? i have everything else disconnected expect the motor mounts and the a/c and power steering lines,

RE: fuel line fittings
Go to AutoZone and get fuel line fitting tools. It's just a plastic ring that fits around the line. You push it in and you'll hear a click, which means the spring is moved back and the line is ready to separate.

no, the tool you need is plastic. its a plastic ring that slides over the fuel line. you jam it into the fitting and it separates the lines. any autoparts store will have them
