dont know what to do....

i got a 89 LX that i have been beating the hell out of for 2 years now and about 6 months ago it started sputtering if i gave it too much gas. i changed the air filter, fuel filter, and fuel pump and its still sputtering. and if i punch too much gas in the lower RPMs i heard a Knock. anyideas on whats goin on or what i should do? thanks

and also when i changed my oil i found this like tiny cylinder piece of metal like a mini nickel perfectly cut no scratches or anything. its like the size if someone made a coin out of a bike spoke.

Might be part of the oil filter.

I dont understand your problem....You've been beating the hell out of it and now your wondering whats wrong with it? Well the engine is f**ked like anyone with any common sense would expect an 18 year old engineto be after 2 years of repeated abuse. What should you do? I think you should sell it to someone whounderstands how tofix it and drive itwith the respect it deserves.Then buy somethingthat better fits someone ofyour obvious maturity level and mechanical ability, like a bicycle for example.
